We produce all of our carving block within our facility. Our block room is in full production year round. It takes about 40 gallons of water to make one 300 pound crystal clear block. Each block pull takes between three and five days, depending on the ambient temperature. With optimum conditions we are making 70 blocks per week. With that schedule, we start each season with about 300 blocks of ice in reserve for when our demand exceeds our weekly production. Making our own ice also gives us the ability to freeze product into the ice. Ask us about what we can create for your next event.
